Armenia FETP Steering Committee Meeting

On 27 January 2022, the Armenia Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) Steering Committee meeting were held virtually. Armenia FETP Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 training courses’ accomplishments, lessons learned, and suggestions for improvement were discussed by the MoH, NCDCP, FSIB, NIH leadership, the Armenia FETP trainers/mentors and the Resident Advisor. One of the key points of the meeting was the institutionalization of the FETP-Frontline and FETP-Intermediate programs in Armenia. The SC members agreed that it is important that the Armenia FETP should integrate and should be offered to human health and animal health professionals.
